SHMD, a healthcare company founded by top-tier experts in healthcare, software development, and regulatory affairs, was honored with the ‘K-Startup Award’ at the 11th Korea Industry Awards 2025, hosted by Money Today. The award recognizes the company’s innovation in AI-based mobile healthcare technologies.

“AI-based real-time cerebral blood flow monitoring technology represents a new paradigm in the early detection and preventive intervention of stroke.”
He added, “Given the critical importance of the golden hour in stroke treatment, Cereband AI and Braincheck AI can serve as transformative tools for continuous monitoring, significantly improving patient survival and prognosis. These technologies will open a new frontier in preventive stroke care by enabling daily health management for high-risk patients and rapid response by healthcare professionals.”
